Underwater Photography singapore (marine)
The very reason why Drewperspectives even exists is because of Singapore-based underwater photographer Andrew Lim's love for marine life.
Underwater photography is Andrew's greatest joy and passion as he has been fascinated with the underwater world since he was a kid. He published his first underwater photography book, Silhouette of Serenity, at age 21, of which part of the proceeds was donated to charity. He was then invited to have tea with the (then) President of Singapore, Dr Tony Tan in recognition of his work. His underwater photography book sold out within 6 months of it being published in Singapore.
Being one of the youngest professional underwater photographers in Singapore and around the world, Andrew has been invited to speak on platforms such as TEDx, where he shared about his passion for underwater photography and how he uses his talents to give back to the less-fortunate, and also participate in conservation projects. He has also been invited to speak at the Asia Dive Expo each year. From time to time, Andrew gets sent overseas to shoot as he writes for publications such as Scuba Diver and Asian Diver magazines.
When not working, Andrew of Drewperspectives is traveling the world in search of the best dive spots to further pursue his love for underwater photography.
